The Brooke It Forward Foundation (BIFF) is honored to announce a collaboration with the Covington Three Rivers Art Festival, creating a unique opportunity for children to express their creativity while also helping other children who may be less fortunate.
At BIFF, our mission is to bring the love and hope of Jesus Christ to children facing abuse, neglect, homelessness, and foster care by making sure they feel celebrated on their birthdays. With the support of generous donors and dedicated volunteers, we assemble “Birthday Boxes” filled with party supplies, gifts, and love. These boxes are distributed through our Mission Partners and delivered to children near the time of their birthday. The Birthday Boxes are unique in that they provide families and foster caregivers a special opportunity to create birthday memories with the birthday child.
What does this have to do with art?
Birthday cards are an essential part of every celebration. To bring creativity into the heart of our mission, we’re inviting children to design the artwork for the front of the Brooke It Forward birthday cards. These special creations will help spread joy from one child to another, making birthdays even more meaningful.
